Return and Refund Policy

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • If the product has a quality issue or was damaged during shipping, please provide relevant photos as proof.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Products that have been used or damaged (non-quality issues).

  • Discounted itemscustomized products, or personalized items (unless there is a quality issue).


3. Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team via email (support@questsports.shop) and provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Confirmation: We will respond and confirm your return request within 1-2 business days.

  3. Return Address: Once confirmed, we will provide the return address and detailed return instructions.

  4. Return the Product: Please return the product within 15 days of receiving the return confirmation and provide the tracking number.


4. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a product quality issue or if we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping fees.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind) and the order has not been canceled, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.


5. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.


6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, we will refund your payment to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

  • If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact our customer service team (support@questsports.shop).


7. Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation requests under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Time: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of payment.

  • Cancellation Method: Contact our customer service team via email or phone (support@questsports.shop) to submit a cancellation request and provide your order number.

  • Shipped Orders: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may follow the return process after receiving the product.
